Terms and Conditions
1. During flight, the pilot-in-command will have full authority over and responsibility for the passengers. The passengers will respect this authority for the duration of the complete flight.
2. The pilot has the right to refuse passengers due to a) aircraft limitations b) other conflicts that will hinder a duly flight, the subscriber may not debate upon this.
3. Participants are part of a given crew, will remain part of this crew for the duration of the whole weekend.
4. While being on the ground, participants will follow the instructions of the organizing committee, ‘RelCie’, the VSV board, or the local aviation authorities, to ensure safety of the flying operations.
5. The participants are aware of the fact that this is not a party event and respect the zero tolerance policy regarding the use of stimulants or alcohol during the flights.
6. Apart from during the flights, restraints on the use of alcohol during the day and evenings will be present.
7. Participants are required to inform the committee beforehand, about medical ailments, which could possibly appear or be of any consequence during the event.
8. The participants will have to pay the fee in advance in two instalments.
